Whole grains are an important part of a healthy diet!

We are a registered user of the Whole Grain Code. In fact, 42 of our breads are certified high in whole grains – making it easier than ever for you and your family to reap the benefits.

Adults should aim for 48g whole grains a day for good health – a target set by the Grains & Legumes Nutrition CouncilTM (GLNC), who are Australia’s experts on the nutrition and health benefits of grains and legumes. However, most Australians are falling short on their whole grain consumption.

That’s why in 2013 GLNC developed a whole grain content claim to help make finding high whole grain foods easier. If you see their symbol or statement on a product, you’ll know it’s a healthy whole grain choice.
