1 Bakers Delight White Cob
1 cup (250g) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup (160g) icing sugar
300ml cream
1 cup (250g) Mascarpone cheese
3 tbs orange juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbs grated milk chocolate
Gingerbread men, to garnish
Jaffas, to garnish
Ice Magic, to garnish
Pocky sticks, to garnish
Strawberries, to garnish

Method

    1. Step 1

      Pre heat oven to 180°C

    2. Step 2

      Using a bread knife, cut top off Bakers Delight White Cob, hollow out base

    3. Step 3

      Place Cob on oven tray and bake for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool

    4. Step 4

      For the filling, whisk cream cheese on high for 2 minutes and gradually add icing sugar. Whisk for a further 2-3 minutes until smooth and no lumps. Slowly add cream, mascarpone cheese, orange juice, cinnamon powder, ground ginger and grated milk chocolate. Whisk for a further 1 minute or until stiff peaks form

    5. Step 5

      Transfer into Cob and garnish with Gingerbread men, Jaffa’s, ice magic, Poky sticks and strawberries
