1 x Bakers Delight Sourdough Vienna
Olive Oil
A few sprigs of rosemary
Sea salt
4 x Cellophane gift bags
Bakers Delight downloadable Christmas Gift Tags
Red twine
Extra rosemary for decoration

Method

    1. Step 1

      Preheat oven to 180c

    2. Step 2

      Download your Bakers Delight Christmas Gift Tags & cut them out. Pre-fill out the details of who you will be gifting these croutons to

    3. Step 3

      Cut your Bakers Delight Sourdough Vienna into roughly 1cm square pieces or desired crouton size

    4. Step 4

      Place your croutons on two baking trays lined with baking paper

    5. Step 5

      Drizzle the croutons with a generous amount of olive oil. Sprinkle with ripped sprigs of rosemary & sea salt. Toss with fingers until all croutons are covered in oil

    6. Step 6

      Place croutons in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until crispy & golden. We recommend giving them a toss halfway through cooking

      Allow the croutons to cool. Then divide evenly amongst the gift bags. Tie them off with twine, attaching a gift tag & piece of rosemary to each
