Our dinner rolls recipe is super easy to whip up and makes for the perfect accompaniment to a main meal or as the perfect appetiser.

17 Bakers Delight White Dinner Rolls
450g Mozzarella cheese for cooking
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup parmesan
Chives Chilli flakes
Handful of Oregano and chives
2 cloves of Garlic

Method

    1. Step 1

      Grate mozzarella

    2. Step 2

      Slice the White Dinner Rolls in half and arrange on the pan into the shape of a Christmas tree

    3. Step 3

      Lift the lids and generously sprinkle grated mozzarella, parmesan and 3/4 chopped herbs into the rolls, then close the lids

    4. Step 4

      Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic and remaining chopped herbs. Brush the oil mixture on the top of the dinner rolls

    5. Step 5

      Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on the outside and oozy on the inside

    6. Step 6

      Sprinkle with chilli flakes, salt and pepper, and serve
