1 Bakers Delight Sourdough Roll
1 egg
½ a rash of bacon cut into a small dice
1 tsp chives, finely chopped
Salt and pepper

Method

    1. Step 1

      Pre-heat oven to 180°C 

    2. Step 2

      Using a small knife, cut the top off the Sourdough Roll. Scoop out the bread ensuring not to make any holes in the crust

    3. Step 3

      Crack an egg into the Sourdough Roll and sprinkle over the bacon bits, season with salt and pepper

    4. Step 4

      Bake for 15 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking

    5. Step 5

      Sprinkle with chives to serve
