Ingredients
6 Bakers Delight Dinner Rolls
3 slices Havarti cheese, halved
2 cups leftover roast chicken*, chopped
2tb fine chopped mixed herbs (dill, mint, parsley)
1/3 whole egg mayonnaise
2 tbs craisins

Step 1
Using your fingers, gently scoop bread out of one side of the Bakers Delight Dinner Roll. Repeat with all rolls and reserve filling. Stuff with 1 piece of cheese and set aside

Step 2
In a medium sized bowl combine roast chicken, herbs, whole egg mayonnaise and craisins. Using a teaspoon, gently fill each roll and seal with a little of the bread filling. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days
*can substitute with leftover turkey
