4 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Loaf
3 tbsp hummus
1/2 watercress
1/3 cup purple cabbage shaved
2 radish sliced
1/2 cup shredded chicken
1 tsp turmeric
1/3 tsp chilli powder
Drizzle of olive oil
1 lime


    1. Step 1

      Place shredded chicken into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, turmeric, and chilli powder. Stir to combine until it is evenly coated and yellow all over

    2. Step 2

      Spread hummus onto one slice of bread

    3. Step 3

      Add shaved cabbage, a layer of sliced radishes, chicken, and top with watercress and a squeeze of lime

    4. Step 4

      Finish with the other slice of bread
