4 Bakers Delight Sourdough Rolls
1 tin jackfruit
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tin pineapple rings
1 small red onion
Cos lettuce
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 tomatoes
Mayonaise
BBQ spices

Method

    1. Step 1

      Drain and rinse jackfruit and pull apart with two forks

    2. Step 2

      Toss with BBQ spices and add to a heated pan with oil. Saute and add 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce and leave to simmer for 5-8 minutes stirring regularly

    3. Step 3

      Remove from heat, set aside to cool

    4. Step 4

      Grill pineapple on a skillet. Slice tomato, red onion and prepare lettuce leaves

    5. Step 5

      Slice Sourdough Roll in half, spread mayonnaise on the insides of the roll and add all ingredients to taste
