FAQs

How do you keep bruschetta from getting soggy?

The key to keeping your bruschetta from going soggy is to assemble it right before serving. By topping the bread right before you serve, it prevents the wet ingredients from soaking into the bread, making it soggy.

What bread is best for bruschetta?

The best bread for bruschetta will be firm enough to hold the toppings, while being soft on the inside. We prefer a Sourdough Vienna for this recipe, but you can also use ciabatta loaf or a french baguette

Is bruschetta served hot or cold?

Bruschetta can be served warm or cold. Traditionally, it’s often served warm with the topping served on toasted bread.
