This creamy and nutritious sandwich is not only tasty, but super easy to make and perfect for the school lunch box! Made on our most popular and best-selling super soft Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White bread, it gives kids energy for longer, and is packed full of fibre, to help keep their gut healthy.

The creamy yogurt tastes delicious with the tuna, giving kids a great source of protein for muscle development and repair. The essential fats from the egg are good for their hearts too, as well as the vitamins from the mixed leaves – what a fresh and nutritious combo!

4 x slices of Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Loaf
4 x boiled eggs
1 x tin of tuna in springwater
2 x tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
A handful of mixed leaves
A pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Method

    1. Step 1

      Roughly chop the boiled eggs and mix in a bowl with the salt, pepper and Greek yoghurt. Spread the mix onto two slices of Hi-Fibre Lo-GI bread

    2. Step 2

      Drain the tuna, then divide evenly across the boiled egg mix. Top with mixed leaves and remaining bread slices
