6 Bakers Delight Fruit Mince Tarts, roughly chopped
2lt vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup glace cherries, roughly chopped
3/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
Ice Magic, to garnish
Cherries, to garnish
Icing Sugar, to dust

Method

    1. Step 1

      Line a 2 litre pudding mould (or glass bowl) with glad wrap and set aside

    2. Step 2

      Combine vanilla ice cream, Bakers Delight Fruit Mince Tarts, glace cherries and pistachios in a large bowl. Transfer into lined pudding mould and place in freezer overnight to set

    3. Step 3

      When ready to serve, remove from freezer and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Turn out onto serving plate and remove glad wrap. Garnish with ice magic, cherries and a dust with icing sugar

    4. Step 4

      Serve immediately
