1 Bakers Delight Turkish Bread Roll with Sea Salt Flakes
2 tsp whole egg mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon harissa paste
1/2 cup rocket
1/4 cup (50g) fetta, thinly sliced
2 slices (85g) roast capsicum
5 kalamata olives, pitted
2 (30g) marinated artichokes, sliced
2 slices roast eggplant

Method

    1. Step 1

      Slice 1 Turkish Bread Roll in half and set aside

    2. Step 2

      In a small bowl, combine whole egg mayonnaise and harissa paste, then spread mayonnaise over both pieces of the Turkish Bread Roll. Top one half with rocket, fetta, roast capsicum, olives, artichokes and roast eggplant

    3. Step 3

      Top with remaining piece of Turkish Bread Roll and serve
