Picture this – golden pan fried halloumi, nestled between slices of toasted Sourdough Vienna with creamy avocado, rocket and the tangy sweetness of sun-dried tomatoes. It’s a harmonious blend of ingredients that transforms an ordinary sandwich into a gourmet delight.

Method

Add the avocado, rocket, sun dried tomatoes, halloumi, honey, salt & pepper on to the Sourdough Vienna

Heat a non stick fry pan to medium. Brush one side of the bread with oil from the sun dried tomatoes. Place this side face down in the pan & brush more oil onto the other side

Cook for about 3 minutes per side or until golden. Slice and enjoy!
