1 Bakers Delight French Baguette
4 garlic cloves
150g softened butter
1 tbsp chopped thyme
2 tbsp chopped parsley
125g mozzarella, grated
125g cheddar, grated

Method

    1. Step 1

      Crush or finely chop the garlic cloves, then stir into the softened butter, along with the thyme and parsley

    2. Step 2

      Cut through the French Baguette every 2cm or so, leaving the slices attached at the base

    3. Step 3

      Spread the butter mixture into each cut on both sides, leaving a little mixture to spread on top

    4. Step 4

      Mix the mozzarella and cheddar cheese together in a bowl and then tuck a tablespoon or so into each cut

    5. Step 5

      Wrap the bread stick in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 190°C (fan 170°C). Open the foil and crisp up for a further 5 minutes more. Serve warm
