Blueberry & Cream Cheese Toasty

If only you could smell this photo! Don’t worry, it’s quick and easy to make – pick up our Cinnamon and Fruit Loaf and a few simple ingredients and you could be tasting this delicious creation before you know it.

Bakers Delight Cinnamon and Fruit Loaf
1 Punnet of Blueberries
50g cream cheese at room temperature
Approx. 2 tsp icing sugar (to taste)
Butter or olive oil spray


    1. Step 1

      Combine the cream cheese and the icing sugar. Spread the cream cheese mixture on to a slice of the Cinnamon and Fruit Loaf and add blueberries.

    2. Step 2

      Spread a little margarine or olive oil spray to the outside of both pieces of bread so you get a lovely golden colour when toasting.

    3. Step 3

      On a low to medium heat, add the sandwich to a pan to toast. Turn the sandwich over once you have reached your desired level of toasting.

    4. Step 4

      Remove from the pan, slice and finish with an extra sprinkling of icing sugar.
