1 Bakers Delight Wholegrain LowFOD™
2 slices of brie
100g of poached chicken
¾ tablespoon of wholegrain mustard mayo
40 g iceberg lettuce
Poach chicken by placing in a saucepan and covering with cold water. Place over a medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove chicken from water, cover and set aside to cool. When cool, slice chicken into thin strips.
Carefully slice Bakers Delight Wholegrain LowFOD™ Roll in half, layer lettuce leaves, chicken strips and two slices of brie cheese. Top filling with a dollop of wholegrain mustard mayo and serve.
