Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir through chopped pickles and pickle juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, then refrigerate while preparing the mince

In a pan over medium heat, sauté the diced onion until soft. Add the beef mince, salt, pepper and BBQ sauce. Cook until browned and slightly sticky. Set aside

Without separating the rolls, slice the 6-pack of rolls horizontally into a top and bottom half. Place the bottom half into a baking dish

Spread a generous layer of Big Mac sauce on the base. Spoon the cooked beef mixture evenly over the sauce, then top with burger cheese slices and sprinkle mozzarella over the top

Place the top half of the rolls back on

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, parsley, garlic, and salt. Brush generously over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10-12 minutes to melt the cheese
