FAQs

There’s no ‘correct’ time to eat peanut butter and banana, but they have traditionally been popular additions to breakfast, typically on toast. Some people may also find that eating a small amount of peanut butter and banana before bed can help improve their sleep. However, this delicious spread can be eaten at any time of the day, it’s completely up to you!

Peanut butter is a household favourite for good reason - this versatile spread goes well with a variety of foods, from sweet to savoury. While bread is the obvious choice, you can also pair peanut butter with a range of fruits and veggies like apples, celery and carrot sticks. Some people also love using it as a topping for ice cream, cereals, oatmeal, or even in their smoothies.

Up your peanut butter sandwich game by pairing it with other spreads like honey or jam. Fruit is also a great pairing with popular ingredients like sliced apple, strawberries or banana (like our recipe). If you’re looking for a savoury twist, you can always pair it with bacon (it sounds strange, but it can make for the perfect sweet/savoury contrast).
