Crumbed Brie Recipe

Introduction

Golden and gloriously moreish, this Crumbed Brie is the ultimate centrepiece for your next cheese moment. Wrapped in crispy panko crumbs and baked to perfection, it’s made for tearing into with fresh baguette slices. Warning: it will disappear fast.

Preheat your oven to 200 °C (fan-forced). Line a small baking tray with baking paper

Dip the Brie wheel into flour, coating all sides evenly

Next, dip the floured Brie into the egg yolk mixture, then roll it in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated

Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and a crispy coating has formed

While the Brie bakes, slice your French Baguette into rounds or angled pieces for dipping

Remove the Brie from the oven, place it on a serving board and dig in with fresh baguette slices
