Buffalo Chicken Sliders Recipe
Introduction
These chicken sliders bring the heat and the hype, but couldn’t be easier to make. Tender shredded buffalo chicken gets tucked into soft lunch rolls with melted mozzarella, then baked until golden and gooey. The balance of spicy, creamy and buttery flavours makes this chicken sliders recipe perfect for feeding a hungry crowd or fuelling your next game-day gathering.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius

Remove the skin from the chicken and shred the breast with 2 forks

Marinate the chicken breast with the buffalo sauce and set aside

Cut the dinner rolls lengthways through the 6 at one time to expose the bottom

Line a baking tray and place the bottom half of the rolls down

Spread 1 tbsp butter across the bottom and top with the chicken mixture and cheese

Place the top half of the bread directly on top of the cheese

Melt the butter in a microwave for 10 seconds and add the parsley, salt and pepper

Brush the top of the rolls with the parsley butter

Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the top of the rolls look brown and crispy and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, pull apart and enjoy!
