Made on our delicious Bakers Delight Pizza Base, this pumpkin pizza recipe has it all, from fresh mozzarella and tangy goats cheese, to the sweet flavours of caramelised onion. The star of our pumpkin pizza topping is the char grilled pumpkin, with a rich and smoky flavour that enhances its natural sweetness. With rocket and toasted pine nuts as the finishing touch, you’ll soon be adding this to your regular rotation. Pre-heat oven to 180°C

Place pizza base onto oven tray and spread with tomato paste

Top with mozzarella, chargrilled pumpkin and caramelised onion relish
