Prosciutto Picnic Baguette

Introduction

Not all picnic sandwiches are created equal! Don't waste time on those soggy sangas and enjoy a freshly baked Sourdough Baguette instead, stuffed with salty prosciutto, blue cheese and pear.

Divide the Sourdough Baguette into 4 even pieces. Slice each one in half and set aside

In a small bowl, combine the horseradish crème, Dijon mustard, and whole egg mayonnaise

Spread over all pieces of baguette and top with rocket, blue cheese, prosciutto and pear
4
Top with remaining pieces of baguette pieces and serve
