FAQs

There are plenty of things you can do with leftover turkey - from sandwiches to adding it to a curry or putting it in a salad. Our favourite thing to do with leftover turkey is to transform it into a new feast by adding it to a sandwich. Include all your favourite ingredients like cranberry and cheese, or get creative with other Christmas leftovers you have in the fridge!

The mild flavour of turkey means that it pairs well with flavoursome sides like cranberry sauce, baked potatoes, or other vegetables like brussel sprouts, beans, or corn on the cob. It also goes wonderfully with salads if you’re looking to create a cold spread, perfect for those warm summer days. If you want you can even include it on a meat platter with other meats like chicken or roast beef.

Cranberry is often paired with turkey, making it a festive staple. Cranberry goes great on turkey because the tartness of the cranberry sauce adds a sweet flavour to the turkey. The sauce also adds moisture to the turkey, which can be on the dry side if eaten on its own. Cranberry sauce also goes well with other meats like chicken, pork and ham.
