Hawaiian Pizza Toast Cups Recipe

Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C. Spray a 12-cup muffin tray

Slice the crust off each slice of bread

Roll each bread slice flat with a rolling pin and cut one side into the middle, then press firmly into each muffin cup to form little shells

Add a small dollop of pizza tomato paste to each one

Sprinkle in a little mozzarella, then add ham/bacon and pineapple

Top with the remaining mozzarella and a pinch of Italian seasoning

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp

Remove carefully, cool slightly, finish with fresh basil, and devour
