Preheat oven to 180C

Spread mustard in croissants and fill with ham and swiss cheese. Arrange in a 40cm x 25cm baking tray and set aside

In a large bowl whisk eggs, milk, chives, salt, pepper and mozzarella cheese together. Pour beaten eggs around croissants, top with shredded mozzarella place in oven and bake for 20 min or until croissants are golden and egg cooked through

Remove from oven and garnish with parsley and basil. Serve.
