Packed with pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and a tangy hit of honey mustard, it’s a bold and satisfying sub that’s perfect for any occasion that calls for flavour.

The chewy texture of the Turkish bread gives this sandwich an edge, holding up beautifully under all that melted cheese and juicy filling. It’s everything you love about a traditional Reuben, made fresh with a Bakers Delight touch. However you slice it, this Reuben roll is all about generous layers, big flavour and the kind of crunch that keeps you coming back for another bite.

Method

Slice the Turkish baguette lengthwise

Spread the honey mustard on one side of the baguette

Layer the pastrami evenly over the mustard and follow by layering the Swiss cheese on top

Spoon the sauerkraut over the pastrami & cheese, spreading it out so it’s evenly distributed

Close the sandwich, press down gently, and slice in half if sharing

Garnish with baby pickled cucumbers and pickled onions, either on the side or skewered on top of the sandwich for presentation
