When will Online Ordering be available at my local bakery?
We're progressively rolling out Online Ordering across Australia.
Expected launch timing:
• NSW & ACT: December 2026
• QLD & WA: January 2027
• VIC & SA: March 2027

How do I place an online order?
Getting started is easy:
1. Browse our product range
2. Select your local bakery
3. Choose a collection day and time slot.
4. Browse the available products and add your favourites to your cart
5. Complete the checkout process.
6. You'll receive an order confirmation email with collection details
How do I collect my order without waiting in line?
To make collection faster:
1. Open your order confirmation email.
2. Click the check-in link and enter your order number before arriving.
3. Head to the designated collection area in the bakery.
4. A team member will have your order ready for collection.
If you don't check in before arriving, simply visit the collection area and provide your order number to a team member.
How far in advance can I place an order?
You can:
• Place an order for same-day collection, with the earliest collection time available at least 30 minutes after purchase.
• Pre-order for next-day collection.
Available collection times may vary by bakery.
Do I need to be a Dough Getters member to place an online order?
No. You can place an online order as a guest. However, Dough Getters members can enjoy exclusive rewards, offers, and other member benefits.
Can I earn and redeem Dough Getters rewards when ordering online?
Yes. Simply log in to your Dough Getters account before placing your order to earn and redeem eligible rewards and offers online.
Why can't I see all the products from my local bakery online?
Our online range is currently smaller than the full range available in-store. Some products may only be available for purchase in bakery.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact your local bakery directly as soon as possible. If your order is successfully cancelled, a refund will be processed.
What happens if a bakery cancels my order?
If your local bakery is unable to fulfil your order, you'll receive an email notification confirming that your order has been cancelled.
Any payment made for the order will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What happens if I miss my collection time?
Don't worry. Your order will remain available for collection until the bakery closes on the selected collection day.
As our products are freshly baked, orders that are not collected on the collection day cannot be held overnight and are not eligible for a refund.
