Choc Mud Scone Ice Cream Sandwiches

This indulgent twist on our delicious scones will have you reaching for more!



4 Bakers Delight Choc Mud Scones
1L tub of cookies & cream ice cream
Chopped nuts and melted chocolate to decorate


    1. Step 1

      Line a small baking dish with baking paper and scoop in the ice cream. Using a spatula smooth the top of the ice cream to make a flat surface. Cover with baking paper and return to the freezer for 30 minutes

    2. Step 2

      Cut scones in half and set aside

    3. Step 3

      Using a circle shaped cutter the same diameter as the scones, cut rounds of ice cream out and place on a scone half. Top with the other half of the scone. Roll the sides of the ice cream in chopped nuts and drizzle with melted chocolate
