Bacon & Egg Roll

Get your kids egg-cited with this Bacon & Egg Roll recipe. Using our Mini Cheese & Bacon Rolls, you’ll be saving time whilst also filling those hungry tummies!



Bakers Delight Mini Cheese & Bacon Roll 6-Pack
5 hard-boiled eggs
6 tbsp mayonnaise
1 x 400g tin unsalted corn kernels
Salt and pepper or herbs to taste


    1. Step 1

      Fill a medium saucepan halfway with tap water and gently place in 5 eggs. Bring to a moderate boil for 5 minutes. Drain eggs and place in iced water for 3-4 minutes before peeling off shell

    2. Step 2

      Place peeled eggs in a small bowl and add mayonnaise. Using a fork, mash eggs and mayonnaise together

    3. Step 3

      Drain corn kernels from tin and mix into egg mixture until combined. Add additional mayonnaise to suit desired consistency of spread. Add in a pinch of salt and pepper

    4. Step 4

      Spoon mixture evenly onto halved Cheese & Bacon Rolls
