Slice baguette into 1-2cm rounds. Space out and lay flat on a lined baking tray

Drizzle both sides of baguette slices with olive oil. Toast until golden in the oven

Add the fetta, Greek yoghurt, lemon zest, olive oil, lemon juice and salt to a food processor

Blend until smooth, creamy and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed

Spoon the whipped fetta onto a serving plate or shallow bowl and spread into a swoosh
