Butter Chicken Folded Pizza Recipe

Preheat a sandwich press or oven to 200°C. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil with the dried mint and brush generously over your pizza base

Toast the pizza base for 2 - 3 minutes until lightly golden and just beginning to crisp. Then carefully open the pizza base back up and spread the warmed butter chicken over the bottom half

Top with the Greek yoghurt and sprinkle over the chopped fresh herbs

Fold the pizza base back over the filling and toast for a further 3 - 5 minutes, or until golden, crisp and heated through. Finish with an extra drizzle of Greek yoghurt and a sprinkle of fresh herbs before serving
