Viral Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
Introduction
This is the breakfast sandwich that’s taken over your feed—and for good reason. Layers of crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and fluffy folded eggs tucked into your favourite bread. One bite and you’ll know why it went viral.

Cook bacon in the air fryer until crispy (approx. 8 minutes at 180 degrees)

Scramble the raw eggs, slice the avocado and tomato

Bring a non-stick pan to medium heat. Once hot, pour in the eggs to coat the base fully

Place the bread slices into the egg, facing each other but slightly separated

Once the egg looks cooked through, use a spatula to get underneath the egg and bread and flip

Fold the eggs on each side into the middle of the bread

Assemble one side with tomato, avocado, bacon and spinach. Flip the other side of the bread on top of the fillings to make a sandwich. Remove from the pan and enjoy!
