Hot Cross Bun Churro Bites Recipe

Cut each hot cross bun into bite-sized pieces

Place the pieces in a bowl and pour over the melted butter Toss well so all the pieces are coated

Add the caster sugar and cinnamon and toss again until evenly coated

Place the coated bites into the air fryer basket in a single layer

Air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden, crispy and caramelised on the edges

Meanwhile melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir through the coconut oil or butter if using
