Christmas Tree Sandwich Skewers Recipe

Using three different-sized star cutters, cut the bread, salami and Gouda into large, medium and small stars. You can cut multiple stars from each slice of Gouda

Cut the cheddar into 2 small cubes for the bases and use a mini star cutter to cut 2 cheddar stars for the tops

If using cream cheese or butter, spread a thin layer onto the bread stars

Insert a wooden skewer into each cheddar cube to create a sturdy base

Starting with the largest stars, thread the bread, lettuce, Gouda and salami onto each skewer, slightly rotating each layer to create a Christmas tree shape

Continue layering with the medium and then small stars, gradually getting smaller towards the top

Finish each tree with a cheddar star and serve
