For one weekend only, we're stepping into Melbourne's deli scene and opening Bakers Deli, a special pop-up celebrating all things bread, sangas and seriously good flavour. Across Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October, we'll be taking over a sandwich bar on Smith Street in Collingwood and serving up a menu inspired by some of your favourite Bakers Delight products. Even better, Dough Getters members can score a free sandwich*, with 500 available each day.

What is Bakers Deli?
Think classic Melbourne sandwich shop meets Bakers Delight. We've taken some of our most loved products, along with our brand NEW Everything Sourdough Baguette made with Mingle's iconic Everything Seasoning, and turned them into a limited-time deli menu. You can bring those same bold flavours home with the Everything Sourdough range, available in all Bakers Delight bakeries from 15 October.
What's on the Menu?
Leading the line-up are two delicious twists on our iconic Cheesymite Scroll. The Mitey Cheese is loaded with a jalapeño cream cheese schmear, heirloom tomatoes and salsa verde, while The Hallou, Cheesymite! is stacked with golden crumbed halloumi, aged cheddar, house tomato relish and a fried egg.
Beyond the Cheesymite, there's plenty more to get your hands on. The Hi-Pro Freshie layers poached chicken, herbed mayo, seeded mustard, zucchini pickles, oak lettuce and garlic butter on our Hi-Protein Low Carb Wholegrain.
The Hi-Lo Hot Honey Chook brings together crispy buttermilk fried chicken, hot honey, house pickles, lettuce and aioli between toasted slices of freshly baked Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Loaf.
And because no deli visit is complete without something to sip, we'll also have two limited-edition drinks available to purchase. Inspired by our iconic Boston Icing and 100s & 1000s Finger Bun, The Finger Bun Iced Latte and The Finger Bun Iced Matcha are topped with colourful hundreds and thousands for a nostalgic bakery-inspired twist.
Celebrating Our New Everything Sourdough Range
Bakers Deli also marks the launch of our new Everything Sourdough range, arriving in Bakers Delight bakeries from 15 October. Made with Mingle's cult-favourite Everything Bagel Seasoning incorporated through the dough and rolled in seasoning before baking, it's packed with savoury flavour and baked with the delicious texture and tang of traditional sourdough. If you're visiting Bakers Deli, make sure you try The Everything Reuben, stacked with pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and special sauce.
