Method
Combine the feta and lemon zest in the bowl of a large food processor fitted with a blade. Blend, and while the processor is running, drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil through the top opening, until the feta is whipped to a smooth mixture
Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl & dress with the remaining olive oil and optional chilli flakes
Meanwhile, place your sliced White Breadstick onto a lined baking tray. Brush each round with a little olive oil
Place under the oven grill for 5 minutes or until golden & toasted
Assemble a platter with your whipped feta, toasted Breadstick & selection of crudités
