1 Bakers Delight Chia & Fruit Loaf
1/2 cup (125ml) milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 slices Bakers Delight Chia & Fruit Loaf
Canola oil for cooking
4tsp maple syrup
4tsp berry jam
Mix eggs, milk and cinnamon together in a bowl. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium heat.
Dip each piece of Bakers Delight Chia & Fruit Loaf in egg mixture and gently place in heated pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with jam and maple syrup.
You can also keep in a warm oven until ready to serve.
