Vegan Patty Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Lunch Box Roll

Vegan? Yes please! This kid-friendly Vegan Patty Roll will keep the littlies going all day long. Plus, it’s an excellent source of fibre, providing 10g fibre per serve!



2 Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Lunch Box Rolls
2 plant-based patties
4-6 tomato slices
½ cup grated carrots
1 cup rocket
1 tbsp vegan mayo
2 sliced pickles
Olive oil for cooking


    1. Step 1

      Heat oil in a skillet pan over medium heat. Place patties into skillet, sprinkle with pepper and cook until browned on bottoms. Flip and cook until browned on opposite sides

    2. Step 2

      Cut the roll in half, without quite going all the way through so the halves are still attached

    3. Step 3

      Layer the veggies, patties, mayo and pickles in each roll. Close the rolls and wrap or pop into reusable containers
