2 Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Lunch Box Rolls
2 tbs cranberry sauce
Handful mixed lettuce leaves
1 tomato, deseeded* & sliced
4 slices roast turkey

*deseeding the tomato stops the sandwich from being soggy by lunchtime

Method

    1. Step 1

      Cut the roll in half, without quite going all the way through so the halves are still attached. Spread each side with the cranberry sauce

    2. Step 2

      Lay the lettuce on the bottom half first, followed by the tomato and finish with the turkey. Close the top and wrap or place in reusable container
