4 slices Bakers Delight Wholegrain LowFOD™ Loaf
95g can of tuna in extra virgin olive oil or spring water, drained
1 tb olive oil mayo
Small can of corn, drained and rinsed
2 lettuce leaves
In a small bowl combine the tuna, mayo and corn. Mix to combine and divide between two slices of bread
Top with the lettuce leaf and the second slice of bread. Cut into halves or quarters and wrap or pop into a reusable sandwich container.
