Tuna Bean Roll

2 Bakers Delight Chia Omega-3 Wholemeal Rolls
95g can tuna in extra virgin olive oil or spring water, drained
1 tb olive oil mayo
¼ cup borlotti or red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Handful baby spinach leaves


    1. Step 1

      In a bowl combine the tuna, mayo and beans. Mix to combine well

    2. Step 2

      Cut the roll in half, without quite going all the way through so the halves are still attached

    3. Step 3

      Divide the tuna mixture between the rolls and top with the leaves. Close the rolls and wrap or pop into reusable containers
