Tuna Bean Roll

2 Bakers Delight Chia Omega-3 Wholemeal Rolls
95g can tuna in extra virgin olive oil or spring water, drained
1 tb olive oil mayo
¼ cup borlotti or red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Handful baby spinach leaves


    1. Step 1

      Cut the roll in half, without quite going all the way through so the halves are still attached

    2. Step 2

      Mash the feta onto the bottom half of each roll. Top with the lamb, cucumber, tomato, lettuce and olives

    3. Step 3

      Spread the top half of the roll with the tzatziki and close the roll. Wrap or pop into a reusable container
