4 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Protein Loaf
½ avocado, sliced
½ packet Japanese marinated firm tofu, sliced horizontally
2 crunchy lettuce leaves
½ carrot, grated

Method

    1. Step 1

      Lay out the slices of bread and layer the bottom slices with the avocado, followed by the tofu, the lettuce, the grated carrot and finally the top slices of bread

    2. Step 2

      Cut into halves or quarters and wrap or pop into a reusable sandwich container
