2 slices Hi-Protein Wholemeal Block Loaf
¼ cup of Smoked Trout
1 tsp of Capers
1 Tbsp Cream cheese
3 leaves of Lettuce
¼ of a Lebanese Cucumber cut into rounds

Method

    1. Step 1

      Spread bread slices with cream cheese and push capers into cheese to stick.

    2. Step 2

      Layer with smoked trout, cucumber and lettuce.
