Sausage & Tomato Relish Sandwich

4 slices Bakers Delight Cape Seed Loaf
1 tb light spreadable cream cheese
2 lettuce leaves
2 cooked and cooled lean sausages (leftovers from dinner the night before are perfect)
1 tb tomato relish or reduced sugar tomato sauce


    1. Step 1

      Spread two of the bread slices with cream cheese. Top with the lettuce

    2. Step 2

      Cut the sausages in half horizontally and pile on top of the lettuce

    3. Step 3

      Spread the remaining two slices of bread with the tomato relish or sauce and close the sandwich

    4. Step 4

      Cut into halves or quarters and wrap or pop into a reusable sandwich container
