Raspberry & Coconut Trifles

Take our Raspberry & Coconut Scones to the next level with this fresh and zesty trifle. An impressive (but oh so easy) dessert that you can have all to yourself!



4 Bakers Delight Raspberry & Coconut Scones, roughly chopped
1 punnet raspberries
1 packet raspberry jelly
250ml (1 cup) cream
2 tbs caster sugar
1 lime, zested and juiced
450g custard


    1. Step 1

      Place the raspberries into four mason jars. Make jelly according to pack instructions and pour evenly into the jars. Place into fridge to set for 2-3 hours

    2. Step 2

      In the meantime pour cream, caster sugar and lime juice into a small bowl. Whisk until thick and set aside

    3. Step 3

      Remove mason jars from the fridge and top evenly with custard, chopped Raspberry & Coconut Scones and cream

    4. Step 4

      Garnish with remaining raspberries and lime zest. Serve immediately
