Introduction

Toasted pizza triangles meet creamy pumpkin hummus and crisp vegetables for a dip-worthy delight. A vibrant platter of crunchy baby veggies and golden dippers makes this the perfect shareable snack.

Method

Lightly toast the pizza bases in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil until golden and slightly crisp

Remove from heat and cut each base into 6 triangle pieces, you’ll have 24 pita-style dippers

Spoon the pumpkin hummus into a small bowl and garnish with pumpkin seeds

Arrange your platter with the hummus bowl on your board, then surround it with pizza triangles, baby carrots, cucumber halves, radishes, snow peas and celery sticks

 Serve immediately and let everyone dip, crunch and enjoy!
