Maple Pears on Cape

This simple recipe is an absolutely fantastic way to start the day. Enjoy our famous Cape Seed Bread with sweet pear and smooth ricotta. You can mix this up with other fruits and cheeses like peaches and mascarpone.



2 Slices of Bakers Delight Cape Seed Loaf
1 pear
1 tsp canola oil
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp ricotta


    1. Step 1

      Take a slice of Bakers Delight Cape Seed Loaf and toast.

    2. Step 2

      Slice up pear. Heat a non stick pan over a low-medium heat. Sauté pear in canola oil until soft.

    3. Step 3

      Spread Ricotta over the toasted Bakers Delight Cape Seed Loaf and place pears on top. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
