Lamb Brioche Burger

A succulent lamb burger made with our delicious, soft Brioche Bun.




4 Bakers Delight Brioche Hamburger Buns
2 tbsp aioli
1 cup caramelised onions
8 leaves of butter lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced

Burger Patty

500g lamb mince
1 tbsp dijon mustard
¼ cup mint, chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander


    1. Step 1

      Combine all burger ingredients together in a large bowl and mix with hands until well combined

    2. Step 2

      Form 4 patties and chill in fridge for 30 mins

    3. Step 3

      Half each roll and toast

    4. Step 4

      Cook each burger patty for 3-4 mins each side

    5. Step 5

      Layer each bun with aioli, patty, onions, tomato and lettuce
