Honey-Cheese Roast-icots

Want to enjoy a sweet brekkie without breaking the diet? Enjoy the best of both worlds with these Honey-Cheese Roastycots on our Chia & Fruit Loaf!



8 slices of Bakers Delight Chia & Fruit Loaf
16 Apricots – fresh ideally, but can also use tinned
1 tub of ricotta


    1. Step 1

      Heat oven to 180°C

    2. Step 2

      Cut the apricots into halves. In a baking dish, drizzle 1/2 cup of honey over the cut apricots then sprinkle with thyme, and let sit while oven heats up

    3. Step 3

      Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden

    4. Step 4

      Bring apricots to room temperature, at least 30 minutes prior to serving

    5. Step 5

      Spread a layer of ricotta on top of sliced toasted Chia & Fruit Loaf, and then add apricot halves on top (2 apricots per person)
