Halloumi Burger Roll

2 Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Lunch Box Rolls
½ avocado
2 lettuce leaves
1 tomato, deseeded & sliced
4 slices cooked and cooled halloumi (best cooked the night before)
1 tb tomato relish or chutney


    1. Step 1

      Cut the roll in half, without quite going all the way through so the halves are still attached

    2. Step 2

      Slice the avocado and divide between the rolls. Layer each with the lettuce, followed by the tomato and then the halloumi

    3. Step 3

      Spread the top half of the roll with the tomato relish/chutney and close

    4. Step 4

      Wrap or place in a reusable container
